Keresley Rock Festival - Sat 18th July

So the Keresley Festival, looks like a very good line up doesn't it. Shame I cannot be there as this looks like an awesome day and night.

If any of you guys want to get some posters/flyers to me about this festival I can get them up at the local community centre, village hall, chippy and the shops and I can get the school to hand out flyers to the parents, some of which I know will be interested in this.

Looks like a grand day out indeed, I'll certainly be around for some of this.

Yes of course we are still up for helping you guys out with promoting around this area. We want to see festivals like this make a name for themselves...I will do all I can, like I said if you can get the flyers/posters to me somehow I will get started on it.

Tuesday is rehersals night...but if you leave them at the Co-op next to the chippy on Bennetts rd and give them to Paul I will get them off him after rehersal.

The line up isn't determined on the basis of who's the best - it's put together to keep a balance of quality and maintain interest throughout the whole day and evening.

Get in! Charlie Company will be there! Seriously looking forward to it, our 1st Festival!!

Now all I have to do is ensure our Drummer stays conscious.....

Any official word on if camp fires are allowed?
i want to put into action something me and Ic were discussing earlier

Camp fires as such are not allowed, but in the artist camping area we are allowed a fire pit - possibly an oil drum cut in half or something. It's just that we can't have fires directly on the ground for obvious reasons.

There IS something else I have to point out too.

Alcohol bought outside the festival is not allowed in.

However, the club will not be increasing their everyday drinks prices for the event so the outside and inside bars will still be cheap enough
