Idle Playthings @ Godiva Unsigned Finals

Hi Guys,

Online voting for the Godiva Unsigned competition opened today. We'd be more than greatful if you could take a minute out of your day to follow the link and give Idle Playthings a vote.

Voting is limited to one vote per IP address per day, so if you're feeling frivolous you could vote at home, work and on your phone each day. Plus It would be a really nice thing to do too.

Hopefully we'll see some of you come down to the Colly/Kasbah on Sunday 6th of June. The voting is weighted 40:40:20 to Judges, Audience vote and online vote respectively. I's free entry and all voters must be there before 1:30pm in order to be eligable to vote.

I'm hoping we can drum up some real local support for this. Please pass the link on to any friends to think might be interested.

The picture is us. It's from a gig we did a few years ago in one of our old bands. The other Dan was the frontman and we had a different drummer. We literally had no pictures of Idle Playthings when we applied for Godiva. It was the closest thing we had.

Also voted, well deserved in my book...

Done - and because, not taking anything away from the other bands, I think you're the best band on the list
