Indie/pop quartet Fix Monday are fitting representation for Leamington Spa – this band are truly top draw! Their elaborate vocal harmonies are second to none (reminiscent of Queen and Elbow) and are coupled with terrific songs. Well travelled, well put together and well worth the entry price alone!

Rock and pop’s secret lovechild Resurrection Men will bring any show to life! They are traditional musicians who know all the tricks of a great live performance. Their sound, once described as “like surfing down a pyramid on a mummy’s tomb” is genuinely exciting and naughty!

That was the last one of my reviews that relate to this gig I'm afraid. I could give one about the Sequins but it would be more of an opinion.

Which would also be irrelevant, as The Sequins have pulled out of this gig today.
Replacement pending (at least it's not the headline band this time)...

The Diesels have replaced The Sequins as opening band for this gig (amended poster above)

I don't have a review of them either.

They're very good, probably should be higher up the line up but 'tis all arranged now.

Acoustic and blues rockers The Diesels bring some real pedigree. They are an accomplished and well travelled live band, with influences from The Rolling Stones to Kings Of Leon. Great songs, great musicians!

Coventry pop trio Moonbears are the sex! They are sublimely understated and make classy and brilliant songs that you can’t help getting involved with. Sometimes Britpop, sometimes 70’s retro, you’re guaranteed a cheese eating grin and a sway in your stance whilst listening to this band!

On stage just after midnight, well worth the wait!

Coventry Canal House in Longford actually looks like this at the moment, except for the writing in the snow and sky!
